I’ve been waiting for the day when I could write about cheese on my blog. Thankfully, today’s Best of 2009 Blog Challenge prompt is “new food.”
And so, I give to you...(drum roll) the cheese that blew my mind in 2009…
smoked applewood cheddar

i love cheese SO much. hard cheeses are my favorite, but all cheeses rock me. every single time i eat them. AWESOME post!
Recently discovered that I like goat cheese. I mean really…it’s cheese! What is there not to like?!?!
