I met Paul Linklater through my friend Colleen, when she asked me to play drums in their band. I immediately fell in love with their collaborative music, and soon after I discovered Paul’s music, too.
I’m not one to throw around the “genius” label, but I don’t hesitate to use it here.
Paul has inspired me on a creative level like no one else this year. As a guitarist and composer, he just blew my mind.
Words that come to mind when I think about Paul: prolific, creative, child-like, open, genius, and inspired.
