I was using Sibelius one day, making a chart of some new music, when I ran into a problem. The program was still new to me, and I couldn’t figure out how to do something specific.
So I grabbed a jpeg of the problem and posted it on facebook, asking for some help…
A friend replied within minutes.
Problem solved. Back to my music.
And that’s my social web moment of the year.

I had a similar experience this year as well! It’s pretty incredible how quickly we can ask for help, and how fast some problems can be solved [technology wise, anyways!]
