Welcome to my website!

by Christine Bougie | September 1st, 2009

shark face Hi!

I’m pretty excited to share this site with you.  Not sure why I resisted creating this thing sooner.  I guess it’s because I’ve had a love/hate relationship with the interwebs.  Something happened in the past couple of years, though…I became a huge geek!  Now I’m actually a fan of blogs, podcasts, and even some of the social media sites that I used to dread.

What to expect from this site

Every Tuesday and Friday I’ll be posting something new to the blog, which will appear on the home page of the site.  I’ll stick with this schedule for the next 6 months, and then …we’ll see! I’m still getting my feet wet with this whole blogging thing.

what I’ll blog about…

  • people I’m playing with
  • music, people, and stuff that inspires me
  • touring – pictures!  maybe some videos?
  • original music I’m working on (mp3’s of works-in-progress)
  • new recordings and CD releases
  • stories behind my music
  • stuff I think about

If you’d like, you can get these updates by email.   Or, if you prefer, you can subscribe to the RSS feed.

Feedback

I would love to hear from you.  Let me know if there’s anything weird about the functionality of the site, or if you have any suggestions.  Or just say “hi!”  Feel free to leave a comment or email me directly at christine@christinebougie.com

Thanks to Robin Senior for helping me set up this thing.

Thank you for taking some time to visit!
